Dr. Levermore recently relocated to Miami, Florida and has been involved in conducting psychotherapy, testing, teaching and grant writing since 1990. She has participated in multidisciplinary mental health treatment teams at John Hopkins Medical Institute and Harvard Medical School’s Cambridge Health Alliance.
Dr. Levermore has extensive experience in inpatient hospitals, state training schools, outpatient settings and college counseling centers encompassing conducting psychotherapy and testing with individuals, couples, families and groups as well as inservice training, program development and grant writing.
Dr. Levermore has also conducted numerous workshops and seminars focused on violent media and aggression, stress management, teambuilding and practice management skills.
Finally, Dr. Levermore received the prestigious honor of being selected as a Clinical Fellow in the Division of Psychology -Department of Psychiatry with a faculty appointment to Harvard Medical School.
